I give PowerFigure Productions ("Producer") and its client 16W Media Group, publisher of Our Waterfront Living ("Client"), the irrevocable right to photograph and record my likeness, voice and words on October 22, 2026 at Finn's Dockside, Apollo Beach, Florida, and to use, edit, publish and distribute the resulting materials for the Client's marketing and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation or approval.
I understand this includes the Our Waterfront Living magazine, its website and social media, the Client's events and sponsor promotion, and advertising. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials. I release Producer and Client from claims arising from use consistent with this release, including claims based on editing or alteration made in good faith.
This release has no expiration unless I write a date in the box below.
